I know finals week can be a bit overwhelming, but I’m here to tell you there’s nothing to worry about. Making sure you’re balancing study time, sleep time, eating well, and studying correctly are all important. You definitely want to avoid lack of sleep, the library does get a bit quirky at night. Do I blame the late-night studiers? No. If I were reading the same slides for 5 nights on end and never getting a nap… I’d probably be a bit irritable at night too. 🔦⋆｡° ✮

We know how hard it is to get yourself into that truly locked-in headspace. Sometimes I’d rather scrub my toilet or mop my floor than open up my Canvas. Having a little snack or sweet treat is always a great way to reward yourself for entering the flow-state and keeping focused. That’s why at Springtrap’s Snack & Stressbuster event, we’re providing snacks, crafts, and a little boost of dopamine to keep you in the zone for your week of studies! Stop by the first floor of Dirac right near the entrance to participate in our de-stressing event on Monday, 12/1 from 3 – 5 PM.
