FSU is gearing up for Author’s Day! If you are a faculty or staff member and have published a work in 2024, we want it included in our FSU Libraries collections where it will be prominently displayed at the celebration event, tentatively set for March 6, 2025 at the Beth Moore Lounge in the Longmire Building.
Faculty members should let their subject librarian know about their work or enter it into FEAS+. Staff members should contact Dan (Brew) Schoonover with the details about their work. The final day for submissions is November 29, 2024. This is to help prepare all copies of your work needed for the event, to give it proper recognition. Works included in the celebration encompass authored, edited, or translated books as well as music scores and music albums.
Adding your books to our collection and celebrating them is a top priority for us! Thank you for your contributions to not just the FSU community, but the creative and scholarly communities as well! We look forward to celebrating your hard work!
